These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between The Client and Puppy Travel Peru.
Puppy Travel Peru acts as a logistics and management agency specializing in the transport of live animals. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Consulting on international health requirements.
Management of veterinary certificates and export permits (SENASA).
Supply of IATA-approved kennels (cages).
Coordination and reservation of space in the warehouse (Air Cargo) with the airlines.

Important We are not an airline. Physical transportation is provided by third-party airlines, subject to their own regulations and availability.
To ensure the success of the transfer, the Client agrees to:
Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate information about the pet's age, breed, weight, and health status. Any errors in this information that result in airline refusal or fines will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Pet Health: Ensure your pet is in good health and fit to travel. Puppy Travel Peru is not responsible for any undeclared pre-existing conditions.
Personal Documentation: The Client is responsible for their own travel documentation (passports, visas) if traveling on the same flight or receiving the pet.
Quotes: Quoted fares have a limited validity and are subject to change by the airlines (due to fuel, peak season or space availability) until the time of confirmation and payment.
Payments: The service must be paid for according to the agreed schedule before the travel date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the reservation without recourse.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If the Client cancels the service, penalties will be applied to cover the administrative and operational expenses already incurred (e.g., SENASA procedures already carried out, non-refundable air reservations).
Amounts paid for completed documentary procedures are non-refundable.
Puppy Travel Peru takes the utmost care to ensure the well-being of pets. However, we are not responsible for incidents arising from force majeure or actions of third parties, such as:
Flight Delays or Cancellations: Itinerary changes, cancellations or delays attributable to the airline, weather or strikes.
Decisions of Authorities: Refusal of entry or exit by health or customs authorities (SENASA, Customs, CDC, etc.) if they determine that the pet or the documentation (provided by the client if applicable) does not meet the requirements at the time of inspection.
Pet Reactions: Stress, anxiety, or medical conditions that arise during the flight due to the nature of air travel.
The Client understands and accepts that the contracted service is under the modality of Air Cargo (Manifest Cargo).
The pet will travel in the plane's hold, in a pressurized and climate-controlled compartment.
The pet will NOT travel in the cabin of passengers.
Delivery and collection times at the cargo warehouses are strict and must be respected by the Customer or the designated person.
Animal import regulations (e.g., European Union, US CDC) may change without prior notice. Puppy Travel Peru will advise based on the regulations in effect at the time of booking. If regulations change before the trip, we will work with the client to adapt, but any additional costs resulting from the new requirements will be the client's responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising in connection with these services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Lima.
